These terms apply to luomaworks.com. The customer portal at app.luomaworks.com has its own Portal Terms of Use.

1. Information only. The website describes our service and pricing in general terms. It is not an offer. Orders are made only under a signed Import and Supply Framework Agreement and a signed Order.
2. Ownership. The text, design and marks on this site belong to Luoma Works Corporation. You may read and print pages for your own use; please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
3. No warranty. We keep the site accurate and available but provide it as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from its use or unavailability.
4. Contact form. Information you send us is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information through the form.
5. Links. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
6. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Alberta.
